  该设计采用了安森美 NCP1342 HF PWM控制器、NCP4306同步整流控制器和WelTrend的WT6632F PD3.0协议控制器,具有紧凑的外形和高的功率密度,该设计支持C型接口PD3.0和QC3.0A类快速充电协议。此方案提供USB TYPE C PD快充功能: 5V/3A, 9V/3A, 15V/3A, 20V/2.25A同步整流控制晶片NCP4306,USB-PD 控制晶片WT6632F.待机功耗仅为30mW。满载的时候效率可达91%之高。输出功能具有OVP,UVP,OCP等过压,过流等保护。可实现整个系统的稳定。由于频率可以做到110KHZ,比传统的Apdater的体积可做的更小。

  【NCP1342】

  NCP1342: 准谐振反激式控制器,含谷底闭锁开关

  The NCP1342 is a highly integrated quasi-resonant flyback controller suitable for designing high-performance off-line power converters. With an integrated active X2 capacitor discharge feature, the NCP1342 can enable no-load power consumption below 30 mW.

  The NCP1342 features proprietary valley-lockout circuitry, ensuring stable valley switching. This system works down to the 6th valley and transitions to frequency foldback mode to reduce switching losses. As the load decreases further, the NCP1342 enters quiet-skip mode to manage the power delivery while minimizing acoustic noise.

  To ensure light load performance with high frequency designs, the NCP1342 incorporates Minimum Peak Current Modulation (MPCM) to reduce the switching frequency quickly. To help ensure converter ruggedness, the NCP1342 implements several key protective features such as internal brownout detection, a non-dissipative Over Power Protection (OPP) for constant maximum output power regardless of input voltage, a latched overvoltage and NTC-ready overtemperature protection through a dedicated pin, and line removal detection to safely discharge the X2 capacitors when the ac line is removed.

  NCP4306: 次级端同步整流驱动器,应用于高能效SMPS拓扑

  The NCP4306 is high performance driver tailored to control a synchronous rectification MOSFET in switch mode power supplies. Thanks to its high performance drivers and versatility, it can be used in various topologies such as DCM or CCM flyback, quasi resonant flyback, forward and half bridge resonant LLC.

  The combination of externally or fixed adjustable minimum off-time and on-time blanking periods helps to fight the ringing induced by the PCB layout and other parasitic elements. A reliable and noise less operation of the SR system is insured due to the Self Synchronization feature. The NCP4306 also utilizes Kelvin connection of the driver to the MOSFET to achieve high efficiency operation at full load and utilizes a light load detection architecture to achieve high efficiency at light load.

  The precise turn−off threshold, extremely low turn−off delay time and high sink current capability of the driver allow the maximum synchronous rectification MOSFET conduction time and enables maximum SMPS efficiency. The high accuracy driver and 5 V gate clamp enables the use of GaN MOSFETs.

  WT6632F PD电源协议IC QC3.0快充方案

  所谓USB Type-C是新一代通用串行总线连接器、端口和电缆规范,支持双向电源和正反逆插,支持更高的充电功率和达10 Gbps的数据传输速率,被越来越广泛地应用于便携式设备。

  而USB PD全称USB Power Delivery,即USB功率传输协议,支持数据通信和高达100 W的功率传输,启动时默认支持5 V@3A,可根据需要调至27 W、45 W、60 W、100 W等,并支持额外的功率和电压选择。USB PD 3.0是USB-IF组织发布的最新协议,旨在一统快速充电技术规范的可编程电源(PPS,Programmable Power Supply)。USB PD3.0输出电压范围从5V扩展到3 V至21 V,步进调幅电压为20 mV。

  QC 3.0是高通第三代快充技术,其支持的总线电压(VBUS) 范围,Class A为3.6

  V至12 V,Class B为3.6 V至20 V。QC 3.0在分立模式下等同于QC 2.0,以0 V、0.6 v、3.3 V三级逻辑通过静态D+/D- 值选择VBUS;在连续模式下,新的QC 3.0以200 mV小步幅增加或降低VBUS,让便携式设备选择最适合的电压达到理想充电效率,更具灵活性,其最大负载电流限制为3 A,最高功率可达60 W。高通的快充技术如今已发展到第四代即QC4,电压档细分为以20mV为一档,同时支持USB PD。

  首先介绍一下伟诠(weltrend)推出的WT6632F是一个内置高度集成的USB电源传输(PD)控制器,支持QC2.0和高通快速充电技术,专为QC3.0(旅行适应器、充电器等)USBC型设计的技术。它通过集成USBPD基带PHY、C型检测、分路调节器、电压和电流监测器,以及阻断MOSFET的控制电路。WT6632F允许小的形状因数和低的BOM成本,支持从3V-30V的宽操作范围,而不需要外部LDO

  PD协议IC WT6632F支持功率“18W至65W”规格如下:

  5V、9V和12V模式:支持USB供电版本2.0和快速充电3.0
