  The CY2941x/CY2942x is a programmable PLL-based crystaloscillator solution with flexible output frequency options. It is fieldor factory-programmable for any output frequency between15 MHz and 2.1 GHz. Other frequency options can be configuredwith the I2C interface. Using advanced design technology, itprovides excellent jitter performance across the entire outputfrequency range, working reliably at supply voltages from 1.8 Vto 3.3 V for ambient temperatures from –40℃ to +105℃. Thismakes it ideally suited for communications applications (forexample, OTN, SONET/SDH, xDSL, GbE,networking, wirelessinfrastructure), test and instrumentation applications, andhigh-speed data converters. Additionally, the VCXO functionenables use of the CY2941x/CY2942x series in applicationsrequiring a clock source with voltage control, and in discreteclocking solutions for synchronous timing applications.

  ■ Compatible with 3.3 V, 2.5 V, and 1.8 V supply

  ■ 150 fs typical integrated jitter performance (12 kHz to 20 MHzfrequency offsets) for outputs greater than 150 MHz

  ■ VCXO functionality provided with tunable Total Pull Range(TPR) from ±50 ppm to ±275 ppm

  ■ 8-pin LCC package 7.0x5.0 (CY2941x) or 5.0 x3.2(CY2942x)Mm

  CY29412评估板CY3676 EVK

  CY3676 EVK is designed to enable you to evaluate the programmable clock device CY29412, the latest addition to programmable devices in Cypress’s timing product portfolio. The clock device CY29412 is a high performance programmable oscillator with one fractional PLL that generates any frequency up to 2.1 GHz with jitter as low as 110 fs. The device offers one differential output. CY29412 comes in 8-pin LCC package for industrial applications. The differential I/O standards supported are LVDS, LVPECL, High-Speed Current Steering Logic (HCSL) and Current Mode Logic (CML). The device also supports features like Voltage-Controlled Crystal Oscillator (VCXO), and provides user with I2C programming interface.

  The CY3676 EVK allows you to evaluate both AC and DC parameters of the output signals by making required on-board termination settings.
