  概述

Description

The Si7020 I2C Humidity and Temperature Sensor is a monolithic CMOS IC integrating humidity and temperature sensor elements, an analog-to-digital converter, signal processing, calibration data, and an I2C Interface. The patented use of industry-standard, low-K polymeric dielectrics for sensing humidity enables the construction of low-power, monolithic CMOS Sensor ICs with low drift and hysteresis, and excellent long term stability.

The humidity and temperature sensors are factory-calibrated and the calibration data is stored in the on-chip non-volatile memory. This ensures that the sensors are fully interchangeable, with no recalibration or software changes required.

The Si7020 is available in a 3x3 mm DFN package and is reflow solderable. It can be used as a hardware- and software-compatible drop-in upgrade for existing RH/ temperature sensors in 3x3 mm DFN-6 packages, featuring precision sensing over a wider range and lower power consumption. The optional factory-installed cover offers a low profile, convenient means of protecting the sensor during assembly (e.g., reflow soldering) and throughout the life of the product, excluding liquids (hydrophobic/oleophobic) and particulates.

The Si7020 offers an accurate, low-power, factory-calibrated digital solution ideal for measuring humidity, dew-point, and temperature, in applications ranging from HVAC/R and asset tracking to industrial and consumer platforms.

Proximity/Ambient Light Sensor IC with I2C Interface

The Si1153-AA00/AA09/AA9x is an ambient light sensor, proximity, and gesture detectorwith I2C digital interface and programmable-event interrupt output.

This touchless sensor IC includes dual 23-bit analog-to-digital converters, an integratedhigh-sensitivity array of visible and infrared photodiodes, a digital signal processor, andthree integrated LED drivers with programmable drive levels. The Si1153 offers excellentperformance under a wide dynamic range and a variety of light sources, includingdirect sunlight. The Si1153 can also work under dark glass covers. The photodiode responseand associated digital conversion circuitry provide excellent immunity to artificiallight flicker noise and natural light flutter noise. With two or more LEDs, the Si1153 iscapable of supporting multiple-axis proximity motion detection. The Si1153 is provided ina 10-lead 2x2 mm DFN package or in a 10-lead 2.9x4.9 mm LGA module with integratedLED, and is capable of operation from 1.62 to 3.6 V over the –40 to +85 °C temperaturerange.

Description

Silicon Laboratories' Si4438 is a high-performance, low-currenttransceivers covering the sub-GHz frequency bands from 425 to525 MHz. The Si4438 is targeted at the Chinese smart meter market andis especially suited for electric meters. This device is footprint- andpin-compatible with the Si446x radios, which provide industry-leadingperformance for worldwide sub-GHz applications. The radios are part ofthe EZRadioPRO® family, which includes a complete line of transmitters,receivers, and transceivers covering a wide range of applications. Allparts offer outstanding sensitivity of –124 dBm while achieving extremelylow active and standby current consumption. The 58 dB adjacent channelselectivity with 12.5 kHz channel spacing ensures robust receiveoperation in harsh RF conditions. The Si4438 offers exceptional outputpower of up to +20 dBm with outstanding TX efficiency. 【新风系统】

  新风系统是由送风系统和排风系统组成的一套独立空气处理系统,它分为管道式新风系统和无管道新风系统两种。管道式新风系统由新风机和管道配件组成,通过新风机净化室外空气导入室内,通过管道将室内空气排出;无管道新风系统由新风机组成,同样由新风机净化室外空气导入室内。相对来说管道式新风系统由于工程量大更适合工业或者大面积办公区使用,而无管道新风系统因为安装方便,更适合家庭使用。奥斯顿·淳以1935年,在经过多番尝试后发明、制造出了世界上第一台可以过滤空气污染的热交换设备,也称之为新风系统。

  新风系统是根据在密闭的室内一侧用专用设备向室内送新风,再从另一侧由专用设备向室外排出,在室内会形成“新风流动场”,从而满足室内新风换气的需要。实施方案是:采用高风压、大流量风机、依靠机械强力由一侧向室内送风,由另一侧用专门设计的排风风机向室外排出的方式强迫在系统内形成新风流动场。在送风的同时对进入室内的空气进过滤、灭毒、杀菌、增氧、预热(冬天)。
