 在节能减排,保护环境的背景下,电动汽车发展前景广阔。但是由于电动机在工作时不能产生燃油发动机特有的轰鸣声,电动车在低速行驶时是非常安静的。当在时速低于20km/h的情况下,几乎不发出任何声音,随着车速提升才会逐渐产生轻微胎噪和风噪。悄无声息擦身而过的电动车很难让行人和骑车者条件反射地避让,尤其是对需要借助声音来辨别车辆靠近的视力障碍的人来说,可谓是危机四伏。同时司机也无法通过发动机声音去感受车辆的速度和响应程度,缺乏驾驶的感官体验和乐趣。

   概述

  电动汽车引擎声效模拟器是利用MCU和音频放大芯片播放模拟电动汽车在不同车速下行驶的声音,从而对行人做出避让提示的装置。由于汽车的电磁环境比较复杂,因此如何在复杂的电磁干扰情况下依然能输出高品质声音一直是需要重点解决的问题。本方案通过采用通过汽车级认证的高性价比共模电感、磁珠等抗电磁干扰器件,不但能最大程度降低电磁干扰,同时可降低整个系统BOM的设计成本,是低成本高性能设计方案的首选。
