模板切割机运动控制器介绍KRB-MB43F4V1.0

模板切割机运动控制器是一款采用CortexTM-M4内核的STM32F4系列高性能微控制器,集成了新的DSP和FPU指令,168MHz的高速性能使得数字信号控制器应用和快速的产品开发达到了新的水平,有效的提升了控制算法的执行速度和代码效率。切割机运动控制系统的人机交互界面采用4.3寸LCD触摸显示屏,无需专业培训,即可快速便捷的实现人性化人机交互操作。

模块板卡:基于STM32F4系列微控制器的服装模板切割机控制器方案.png

运动控制器支持多轴运动(8路脉冲输出),采用S型曲线,加减速快速平滑,采用直线插补方法,可用于步进和伺服驱动系统,运行可靠稳定。支持画笔、普通切割刀、铣刀等多种刀具类型。支持多路的输入输出,可扩展性强。运动控制器支持现在主流的DXF、PLT等文件格式,支持232串口通信、网络通信,也可通过USB导入切割文件。支持手动调试功能,可以对机器进行IO调试、各个运动轴等调试,同时该运动控制器还带有加密功能,可根据需求设置加密进行锁定。
