  infineon公司的TLE9845是汽车嵌入电源系统级芯片(SoC),集成了ARM® Cortex®-M0 MCU,继电器驱动器,高边开关,LIN收发器和工作于汽车电池的电源系统;它的外设包括有用来检测高压和低压输入与检测电池电压和设备电源的13个复用的模拟输入的10位ADC,用来检测电压和温度的7个复用输入的8位ADC,数字外设包括PWM信号发生器单元和16位计时器,主要用在窗户提升,汽车天窗,雨刷,风扇马达控制,泵马达控制,LIN寻址继电器马达应用.本文介绍了TLE9845主要特性,框图,以及TLE9845QX应用板框图,主要特性,电路图和PCB设计图.

  The TLE984x product family integrates an ARM® Cortex®-M0 microcontroller core along with relay drivers, high-side switches, LIN transceiver and a power supply system that enables the device to operate at the vehicle battery level.

  Its peripheral set includes a 10-bit ADC with 13 multiplexed analog inputs to process up to 5 high-voltage monitoring Inputs, 6 low-voltage inputs and 2 high-voltage inputs for sensing the battery voltage and the supply of the device. It further includes an 8-bit ADC with 7 multiplexed inputs for voltage and temperature supervision. Its digital peripherals include a PWM signal generator unit and 16-bit timers along with a number of general purpose I/Os (serial interfaces and UARTs). It includes an on-chip linear voltage regulator to supply external loads.

  The TLE984x family concept offers scalability in terms of flash memory sizes ranging from 36 kB to 64 kB with pin-compatible devices. The product family is offered in a leadless VQFN-48 package to save board space.

  The TLE984x family is the successor of the TLE983x family and is specifically designed to drive a wide range of LIN-slave automotive motor control applications via a relay or via a PN MOSFET half-bridge.

  The TLE9845_APPKIT_N is designed to evaluate hardware and software functionalities of theTLE9845QX in an application similar designed shape. The n-channel MOSFET is placed as a Low Side Switch. Apassive freewheeling diode is placed to drive DC motors unidirektionally.

  The TLE9845_App_Kit_N provides an application near circuit to evaluate unidirectional DC motors. Thelowside MOSFET with passive power diode can be used to evaluate motor connected to battery applications.

  The TLE9845QX device is placed underneath the DC-link capacitor. The board is protected against reversepolarity of input voltage supply.

  The N-channel MOSFET is connected to the integrated highside and lowside switches of the TLE9845QXDevice.

  In addition a lowside current sense resistor is placed with an external operational amplifier.It is connected to the ADC1 .

  The Application Kit provides a breakable On-Board debugger. It provides a SWD-Debug connection and avirtual COM port for serial UART communication.

  Power supply and motor connectors are accessable via plated through hole contacts, which can be used toplace M2.5 pressnuts (optionally).
