  The LTCR2992 is a rail-to-rail system monitor that measurescurrent, voltage, and power of two supplies. Itfeatures an operating range of 2.7V to 100V and includesa shunt regulator for supplies above 100V. The voltagemeasurement range of 0V to 100V is independent of theinput supply. Two ADCs simultaneously measure eachsupply’s current. A third ADC monitors the input voltagesand four auxiliary external voltages. Each supply’s currentand power is added for total system consumption. Minimumand maximum values are stored and an overrangealert with programmable thresholds minimizes the needfor software polling. Data is reported via a standard I2Cinterface. Shutdown mode reduces current consumptionto 25μA typically.

  The LTC2992 I2C interface includes separate data inputand output pins for use with standard or opto-isolated I2Cconnections. The LTC2992-1 has an inverted data outputfor use with inverting opto-isolator configurations.

  演示板DC2561A

  Demonstration Circuit 2561A features the LTC®2992, arail-to-rail system monitor that measures current, voltage,and power of two supplies. It features an operatingrange of 2.7V to 100V and includes a shunt regulator forsupplies above 100V. The voltage measurement range of0V to 100V is independent of the input supply. Two ADCssimultaneously measure each supply’s current. A thirdADC monitors the input voltages and four auxiliary externalvoltages. Each supply’s current and power is addedfor total system consumption. Minimum and maximumvalues are stored and an over range alert with programmablethresholds minimizes the need for software polling.Data is reported via a standard l2C interface. Shutdownmode reduces power consumption to 25μA typically.

  The demo board features nested pads for a range of senseresistor package sizes to support a wide range of powerapplications. It is populated for a 5A application. This canbe changed by replacing RSNS1 and RSNS2 with appropriateresistors.
