基于R5F1096E/R1524N的负氧离子车载空气净化器解决方案
方案概述
方案的车载空气净化器采用电晕放电法产生负氧离子来净化空气,这种产生方法相较于紫外线照射法、热离子发射法等,电晕放电法可控性更好,产出效率更高且经济环保。车载负氧离子发生器通过MCU控制负离子发生器模块产生电离负氧离子,负氧离子在电场和微风扇风力的作用下,源源不断地排出,从而形成含有大量负氧离子的清新空气。本方案采用高性价比的车规级LIN系统MCU及低价低功耗LDO,低价打造高质量小型车载空气净化器。

Product Specifications
The R1524 Series are voltage regulators featuring 36 V input voltage (absolute maximum rating: 50 V), low supply current (Typ. 2.2 µA) and high output voltage accuracy. As a protection feature, this device consists of an Output Short-circuit Protection Circuit, an Overcurrent Protection Circuit, and a Thermal Shutdown Circuit.
This regulator can be used under high temperature environment. The R1524 is offered in a 5-pin SOT-23-5, a 5-pin SOT-89-5, a 6-pin HSOP-6J, and an 8-pin HSOP-8E package. It is also offered in a 6-pin DFN(PLP)1820-6 package for consumer and industrial applications. This regulator can be used under high temperature environment. It offers the maximum operating temperature of 105°C for consumer applications, and 125°C for industrial and automotive applications. This product for industrial applications is characterized to −50°C, and operates in a wide temperature range from low temperature to high temperature.

【车载空气净化器】
