原标题:NXP JN516x无线MCU智能家居照明方案

  nxp公司的智能家居照明方案采用基于NXP JN516x无线MCU的ZigBee光链接(ZLL)网络,具有无线IP连接,节能照明和待机功耗低(目前是150mW,以后要降到50mW)以及小型低成本等优点.

  NXP’s GreenChip smart lighting solution brings together wireless IP connectivity, energy-efficient lighting and low standby power (150mW, roadmap down to 50mW) in a compact, low-cost solution, which enables new ways to control lights and manage energy consumption.

  This Application Note provides a ZigBee Light Link (ZLL) wireless network solution which uses the NXP JN516x-EK001 Evaluation Kit. The demonstration allows the user to control ZLL Lighting devices from ZLL Controller devices. From the evaluation kit:

  • the Lighting/Sensor Expansion Boards (DR1175) are used as ZLL Lighting devices

  • the Remote Control Unit (DR1159) is used as a ZLL Controller device

  The ZigBee Light Link (ZLL) network consists of a combination of ZLL Controller and ZLL Lighting devices.

  IP-enabled highly secure smart lighting system with JenNet-IP software stack and secure commissioning/communication feature

  Robust up to 500 nodes with network self-healing & re-shaping

  Future-proof development with “Over-Network-Download” capability

  Supports both gateway and standalone network operation with simple, secure commissioning using a remote

  (Ultra-) low standby power when lamp is off

  Multiple control options

  Alternatively ZigBee-based lighting standards also supported

  Best-in-Class energy efficiency both when lamp is on and off

  Low BOM cost (ICs, external components, PCBs)

  Flexible solution due to full range of NXP lighting drivers, AC/DC converters, and high -performance, IEEE 802.15.4 single-chip transceivers and MCUs

  Deep dimmability and optional triac dimmer compatibility

  Multiple control options:

  1. Battery-powered switches and RF remote control with >10 years battery lifetime, captouch remote control

  2. Dual-boot option for remote (e.g. running both RF4CE and JenNet/ZigBee protocols)

  3. PCs, tablets, smartphones, etc. via gateway

  4. Battery-less energy harvesting switches (roadmap)

  Range of iCFL and isolated & non-isolated iSSL reference designs

  Supported software stacks and size (excluding application)

  1. JenNet-IP and application-specific options ~ 120 kB

  2. JenNet standard ~ 50 kB

  3. ZigBee Home Automation ~ 120 kB

  4. ZigBee LightLink ~ 128 kB

  5. ZigBee Green Power ~ 10 kB
