  The STLUX™ family of controllers is a part of the STMicroelectronics®digital devices tailored for lighting and power conversion applications. The STLUX controllers have been successfully integrated in a wide range of architectures and applications, starting from simple buck converters for driving multiple LED strings, boost for power factor corrections, half-bridge resonant converters for high power dimmable LED strings and up to full bridge controllers for HID lamp ballasts.

  IEC 60929 and IEC 62386 compliant plus 24-bit frame extension

  Reverse polarity on Tx/Rx lines

  4 internal 4-bit references

  Less than 50 ns propagation time

  Continuous comparison cycle

  10-bit precision, with operational amplifier to extend resolution to 12-bit equivalent

  Flash and E2 PROM with read while write (RWW) and error correction code (ECC)

  Program memory: 32 Kbytes Flash; data retention 15 years at 85 ℃ after 10 kcycles at 25℃

  Data memory: 1 Kbyte true data E2 PROM; data retention:15 years at 85℃

  after 100 kcycles at 85℃

  The STEVAL-ILL066V1 evaluation board provides all the physical communication interfaces such as a DALI, insulated 0-10 and UART. All the communication is managed by the STLUX385A device. The UART interface and STLUX385A flexibility allow to quickly connect the STEVAL-ILL066V1 to alternative interfaces such as Wi-Fi, power line modems, Bluetooth®andZigbee®. (Previous part number was STEVAL385LEDPSR).

  STEVAL-ILL066V1主要特性:

  · Wide input voltage range: 90 V to 265 V AC (50 or 60 Hz) compliant with IEC61000-3-2

  · Single isolated output suitable for LED connection.

  · Output voltage range (hardware configurable):

  – Standard version: 30 V to 100 V

  – High voltage version: 60 V to 200 V

  · Output current and dimmability range:

  – Standard version: from 10 mA to 1000 mA

  – High voltage range: from 5 mA to 500 mA

  · Output resolution: 11-bit equivalent.

  · Maximum output power: 100 W

  · Primary side control for higher efficiency (92% at full load)

  · Faults detection and protection: short- or open circuit.

  · IDLE mode power consumption: < 200 mW

  · Remote control:

  – DALI command [IEC62386 - plus extension 207 (LED)]

  – Isolated serial line

  – Isolated 0 - 10 V (alternative to DALI)

  · Two status LEDs: green = ready-run-CPU load; red = fault

  · Primary to secondary and interfaces isolation: 3750 V
