The THAT1512P08-U is a high performance Audio Preamplifier suitable for microphone preamp and bus summing applications. Gain is adjustable via one external resistor, making it possible to control gain over a wide range with a single-gang potentiometer. The 1512 reaches 0dB gain with a 10kR resistor. Because the 1512 exhibits significantly lower noise at lower gain settings. It is designed from the ground up in THAT"s complementary dielectric isolation process and including laser-trimmed Si-Chrome thin film resistors, the 1512 improves on existing integrated microphone preamps by offering lower noise at low gains, wider bandwidth, higher slew rate, lower distortion and lower supply current. The parts feature internal ESD overload protection on all critical pins. In short, the THAT1512 provides superior performance in a popular format at an affordable price. . The THAT1246P08-U is a precision Differential Amplifier designed primarily for use as balanced line receivers for audio applications. Gains of 0, ±3 and ±6dB are available to suit various applications requirements. This device is laser trimmed in wafer form to obtain the precision resistor matching needed for high CMR performance and precise gain. Manufactured in THAT Corporations proprietary complementary dielectric isolation (DI) process, the THAT 1240-series provides the sonic benefits of discrete designs with the simplicity, reliability, matching and small size of a fully integrated solution. All three versions of the part typically exhibit 90dB of common-mode rejection. With 12V/µs slew rate, >8.6MHz bandwidth and 0.0006% THD, this device is sonically transparent.
