The DF45L024048-A2 is a 3-phase Flat Brushless DC Motor with 16-pole external rotor for smooth running and a long service life. The high energy permanent magnets allow high acceleration and speeds of up to 14000rpm with exceptional efficiency. The rotor position is reported electronically using three hall sensors offset by 120°. Optional encoders with up to 1000pulses/rev. allow high-resolution position controlling. The permanent magnets are located on the rotor bell revolving around the internal stator with the windings. In addition to the shorter design, the advantage of this construction compared to internal rotor motors comes from having the same output with a lower torque ripple due to the rotor"s higher inertia torque. . The SMCI35 is a Stepper Motor Controller with closed loop. This compact and high-performance stepper motor controller offers high functionality in a very small space. With the proven NanoPro software, it is possible to select between different modes and setting parameters, including the innovative, almost noise and resonance-free direct control of the stepper motors via the microcontroller in the dspDrive® procedure, in both open and closed loop operation. The motor controller with a continuous output of 4A (briefly up to 6A/phase) only needs a supply voltage of 12 to 48V and can thus replace much larger and also considerably more expensive devices in many applications. The SMCI35 motor controller cannot be networked, but merely parameterized with a special adapter via the USB interface. Numerous predefined operating modes (speed, positioning, flag position, clock-direction, analogue, etc.) are available that cover common applications. .
