  The LTMR4677 is a dual 18A or single 36A step-downμModuleR (power module) DC/DC regulator featuringremote configurability and telemetry-monitoring of powermanagement parameters over PMBus— an open standardI2C-based digital interface protocol. The LTM4677 iscomprised of fast analog control loops, precision mixedsignalcircuitry, EEPROM, power MOSFETs, inductors andsupporting components.

  The LTM4677’s 2-wire serial interface allows outputs to bemargined, tuned and ramped up and down at programmableslew rates with sequencing delay times. Input and output currents and voltages, output power, temperatures, uptimeand peak values are readable. Custom configuration ofthe EEPROM contents is not required. At start-up, outputvoltages, switching frequency, and channel phase angleassignments can be set by pin-strapping resistors. TheLTpowerPlay™ GUI and DC1613 USB-to-PMBus converter anddemo kits are available.

  The LTM4677 is pin compatible with the LTM4676A (dual13A) and is offered in a 16mm × 16mm × 5.01mm BGA packageavailable with SnPb or RoHS compliant terminal finish.

  演示板DC2066A

  Demonstration circuit 2066A is a dual-output, high efficiency,high density, μModule regulator with 4.5V to16V input range. Each output can supply 18A maximumload current. The demo board has a LTM®4677 μModuleregulator, which is a dual 18A or single 36A step-downregulator with digital power system management. Pleasesee the LTM4677 data sheet for more detailed information.

  DC2066A powers up to default settings and produces powerbased on configuration resistors without the need for anyserial bus communication. This allows easy evaluation ofthe DC/DC converter. To fully explore the extensive powersystem management features of the part, download theGUI software LTpowerPlay™ onto your PC and use LTC’sI2C/SMBus/PMBus dongle DC1613A to connect to theboard. LTpowerPlay allows the user to reconfigure the parton the fly and store the configuration in EEPROM, view telemetry of voltage, current, temperature and fault status.
