原标题:Diodes推出LM2902四通道和LM2904双通道运算放大器


Diodes公司 (Diodes Incorporated) 推出行业标准并具有更宽广温度额定值的LM2901四通道和LM2903双通道比较器,以及LM2902四通道和LM2904双通道运算放大器。这些器件提供从-40oC到+125oC的工作温度范围,适合马达控制及生产流程自动化应用的工业系统设计。

新产品的输入共模范围不含电压,可在宽广的电压范围内以单电源工作。比较器的电压范围为2V到36V;运算放大器则从3V到36V。部分也可使用分支电源工作,比较器的电压范围为±1V到±18V;运算放大器则是±1.5V到±18V。

这些器件确保超低的电源电流消耗,并且独立于供电电压范围。例如LM2903双通道比较器仅消耗0.6mA的电流;LM2904双通道运算放大器的电流消耗量则只有0.5mA。所有新器件的输入偏置电压一般低至2mV。

双通道器件采用SO-8封装,四通道器件则采用SO-14和TSSOP-14两款封装选择,以提升设计灵活性。封装引脚符合行业标准,从而确保引脚对引脚兼容以及工业级器件替代方案。
