  概述

  疫苗在运输过程中因环境的温湿度超范围而失效,造成婴幼儿夭折事件引起了广泛重视,如何才能保证药品运输安全呢?此方案通过在冷藏车厢内根据实际需求放置2-3个无线采集器,采集冷藏车厢内不同位置的温湿度值,通过无线传给驾驶室内由点烟器供电的汇集器,汇集器上集成GPRS把信息传输给云端,全程进行监控,保证特殊药品在运输环节中的安全。

Description

The Si7020 I2C Humidity and Temperature Sensor is a monolithic CMOS IC integrating humidity and temperature sensor elements, an analog-to-digital converter, signal processing, calibration data, and an I2C Interface. The patented use of industry-standard, low-K polymeric dielectrics for sensing humidity enables the construction of low-power, monolithic CMOS Sensor ICs with low drift and hysteresis, and excellent long term stability.

The humidity and temperature sensors are factory-calibrated and the calibration data is stored in the on-chip non-volatile memory. This ensures that the sensors are fully interchangeable, with no recalibration or software changes required.

The Si7020 is available in a 3x3 mm DFN package and is reflow solderable. It can be used as a hardware- and software-compatible drop-in upgrade for existing RH/ temperature sensors in 3x3 mm DFN-6 packages, featuring precision sensing over a wider range and lower power consumption. The optional factory-installed cover offers a low profile, convenient means of protecting the sensor during assembly (e.g., reflow soldering) and throughout the life of the product, excluding liquids (hydrophobic/oleophobic) and particulates.

The Si7020 offers an accurate, low-power, factory-calibrated digital solution ideal for measuring humidity, dew-point, and temperature, in applications ranging from HVAC/R and asset tracking to industrial and consumer platforms.

  冷链运输(Cold-chain transportation)是指在运输全过程中,无论是装卸搬运、变更运输方式、更换包装设备等环节,都使所运输货物始终保持一定温度的运输。

  冷链运输方式可以是公路运输、水路运输、铁路运输、航空运输,也可以是多种运输方式组成的综合运输方式。 冷链运输是冷链物流的一个重要环节,冷链运输成本高,而且包含了较复杂的移动制冷技术和保温箱制造技术,冷链运输管理包含更多的风险和不确定性。

  冷链运输的对象主要分为三大类

  1、鲜活品:蔬菜、水果;肉、禽、蛋;水产品、花卉产品。

  2、加工食品:速冻食品、禽、肉、水产等包装熟食、冰淇淋和奶制品;快餐原料。

  3、医药产品:各类需要冷藏的药品、医疗器械等。

  ①快装快运。②轻装轻卸。③防热防冻。④平稳运输。3P、3C、3T、3Q。

  中国因丢弃腐烂食品而造成的浪费每年达到700亿元人民币,占食品生产总值的20%之多。一些食品在运输过程当中因无法长期保鲜而被丢弃。专家称这种浪费现象主要是由于缺少“冷链运输”体系而造成的。鲜活易腐货物运输中,除了少数部分确因途中照料或车辆不适造成死亡外,其中大多数都是因为发生腐烂所致,发生腐烂的原因,对于动物性食品来说,主要是微生物的作用。对于植物性食品来说,腐烂的原因主要是呼吸作用所致。清楚了鲜活易腐货物腐烂变质的原因,就可以得出低温可以抑制微生物的增长,减缓呼吸作用,达到延长鲜活易腐货物的保存实践的目的。

  冷链运输过程必须依靠冷冻或冷藏等专用车辆进行,冷冻或冷藏专用车辆除了需要有一班货车相同的车体与机械之外,必须额外在车上设置冷冻或冷藏与保温设备。在运输过程中要特别注意必须是连续的冷藏,因为微生物活动和呼吸作用都随着温度的升高而加强,如果运输中各环节不能保证连续冷藏的条件,那么货物就有可能在这个环节中开始腐烂变质。在运输时,应该根据货物的种类、运送季节、运送距离和运送地方确定运输方法。在运输过程中,尽量组织“门到门”的直达运输,提高运输速度,温度要符合规定。为保持冷冻货物的冷藏温度,可紧密堆码,水果、蔬菜等需要通风散热的货物,必须在货件之间保留一定的空隙,以确保货物的完好。

  冷链运输要求在中、长途运输及短途配送等运输环节的低温状态。它主要涉及铁路冷藏车、冷藏汽车、冷藏船、冷藏集装箱等低温运输工具。在冷藏运输过程中,温度波动是引起货物品质下降的主要原因之一,所以运输工具应具有良好性能,在保持规定低温的同时,更要保持稳定的温度,远途运输尤其重要 。
