通嘉三合一USB-PD接口完整方案,提供USB TYPE C PD快充功能:5V/3A,9V/3A,15V/3A,20V/2.25A。此方案包含初级控制芯片LD5763,同步整流控制芯片LD8525/8523,USB-PD 控制芯片LD6610。初级控制芯片LD5763采用700V超高压启动和70V高压供电制程,并针对不同输出做OCP/OVP/降频曲线补偿,特别适合宽输出电压的应用,例如45W NB USB-C PD3.0规格为 5V/9V/15V/20V,27W Charger USB-C PD3.0 PPS 规格为3~11V,可以大幅减少PCB周边零件数目,并降低待机功耗,且符合COC-tier II效率规范与待机要求,<75mW@230Vac,<30mW@115Vac,以及极轻载0.25W 效率 >60%的特殊要求。
LD6610 Quick Charge 4.0控制器已获得GRL认证,27W参考设计支持Quick Charge 4.0 Class A (18W至 27W)规范,亦向下兼容Quick Charge 2.0及Quick Charge 3.0,进而完成支持 Quick Charge 4.0+。

USB Power Delivery Controller Qualcomm® Quick Charge™ 4/4+ Controller
The LD6610 is an USB Power Delivery (USB PD) Type-C controller in the secondary side for highly efficient and slim form factor off-line AC-DC design. An 8-bit MCU is embedded to handle PD protocol, policy engine and device policy manager with built-in Bi-phase Mark Coding (BMC) for USB PD communication or other proprietary protocols (e.g., QC2.0/QC3.0, QFN-16 and SOP-16 only).
To minimize external components, it integrates shunt regulator, voltage and current monitor and control circuit of blocking MOSFET. Build-in regulators provides 1.8V for MCU and peripherals to operate at single power supply from 3 to 20V.

【LD8525】
Synchronous Rectification Driver with Green Mode Function
LD8525/P is a secondary side synchronous rectification (SR) driver IC. It is suited for flyback low side and high side synchronous rectification in CCM, DCM and QR mode. For forward freewheeling rectification application, LD8525/P can be applied in CCM and DCM operation.
In light load condition, LD8525/P will enter green mode to reduce operation current by stopping SR MOSFET driving function.
Cable loss compensation improvement function is an innovative design in LD8525/P. With this unique function, switch power supply can achieve minimum load regulation easily.
